Organizational structure

Gahlot Institute of Pharmacy fosters a collaborative environment through a decentralized and participative management structure. This empowers various committees to make informed decisions on specific aspects of the institute's operations. These committees function under the guidance of the Principal and comprise faculty members, administrative staff, and student representatives (where applicable). Some key committees include:

  1. Oversee curriculum development, teaching methodologies, and student academic progress. Examples include the Research Advisory Committee and the Examination (Internal) Committee.
  2. Focus on efficient institute administration, infrastructure development, and resource management. Examples include the College Welfare committee, the Discipline Committee, and the Library Committee.
  3. Promote student well-being, extracurricular activities, and industry connect. Examples include the Placement Cell, the Event management Committee, and the Anti-Ragging Committee.

This structure fosters a sense of ownership and shared responsibility among faculty, staff, and students, contributing to a dynamic and responsive learning environment at Gahlot Institute of Pharmacy.
